- Response time. We expect a callback or message to you within one business day of your enquiry. Painters who don't meet that standard don't stay on the panel.
- Customer feedback. We review feedback on an ongoing basis. If a painter is generating consistent complaints, that relationship ends. Simple as that.
We can't guarantee perfection on every job - no honest referral service can. But we do take these checks seriously, and we update them regularly.
